Senior Partner
Mark is an economist turned accountant and as such brings invaluable practical industry knowledge and experience to our Funding, Mergers & Acquisitions and Research and Development divisions.
Mark is happiest when he can roll up his sleeves and work alongside our clients on key milestone projects within their business, be that to secure funding to allow a burgeoning company to build to the next level; act as a key player on both buy and sell side projects for Mergers & Acquisitions or assisting a client as they navigate through the complex process of maximising their intellectual property through Research and Development tax credit claims or Patent Box relief claims.
As a graduate of the London School of Economics, Mark’s solutions focus on going beyond the textbook regulations and dry black-and-white numbers and instead focusing on the real economic realities of any commercial project and how to drive tangible business outcomes.
Mark prides himself on creating tailor-made strategic solutions that focus on real world results in a challenging economic landscape. His network of clients and key partners is extensive and as such allows him to deliver industry-leading solutions for his clients.
Away from the office, Mark is an avid rugby and cricket enthusiast and very keen traveller, using any excuse to take another City Break. Mark endeavours to keep somewhat fit and healthy by cycling either before or after a hard day’s work and believes he is a wine connoisseur, but we’ll let you be the judge of that at our next client event!
